By creating an account or using the platform you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nurse In America provides online educational content for NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN preparation: video lessons, practice questions, progress tools, webinars and related features described on the website. Content and features evolve over time, and we may add, change or retire parts of the platform.

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal: one account per person, and sharing access is not permitted. Notify us immediately at info@nianclex.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Program access is currently granted manually. After you register, our team activates your plan once payment has been arranged directly with us. There is no automated online checkout on the website at this time, and no recurring card charge is created by registering.

• Registering an account is free. Preview lessons stay open while you wait for a plan.
• Paid access begins when our team activates your plan and runs for the period agreed with you.
• Access ends at the end of that period unless it is renewed by agreement.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by law.

If we introduce automated online payments in the future, we will publish updated billing terms before enabling them.

• Do not share, resell or transfer your account access.
• Do not download, record, copy or redistribute lesson content outside the platform.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the platform, or interfere with its systems.
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing or misleading content in any community feature.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

All lessons, practice questions, videos, text and design on the platform belong to Nurse In America or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own exam preparation for the duration of your access.

If you send us a photo, testimonial or success story for publication, you confirm it is yours to share and you grant us permission to display it on the site until you withdraw that permission by writing to us.

Nurse In America is an educational resource. We do not guarantee exam outcomes, scores, licensure or employment, and nothing on the platform is medical, legal or immigration advice. NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN), which does not sponsor, endorse or review this product.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for access in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities or exam results.

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms, for non-payment of agreed fees, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice.

We may update these terms as the platform changes. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
