Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription to Nurse In America (“NIA”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

The service

NIA provides online educational content for NCLEX preparation, including video lessons, practice materials, progress tools and related features described on the website. Content and features may evolve over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from billing settings; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Fees are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Acceptable use

Do not share account access, copy or redistribute lesson content outside the platform, attempt to bypass paywalls, or misuse the service in a way that harms other students or NIA systems.
